I was extremely impressed with Soap Queens Laundry Lounge. This place stands out with its exceptional amenities and thoughtful features. They offer pet washers and dryers, and the DIY dog wash station is particularly convenient with cardless tap payments via phone. There’s also a vending machine stocked with drinks and snacks, and a newer model massage chair that provides strong pressure at a great price. The staff member working there was outstanding. She kept the DIY dog wash clean, effectively managed the area, and even addressed a situation with children misusing toy guns her attention to detail and professionalism were evident throughout my visit. The facilities include lockers for laundry service drop-off and pick-up, leather couches with furry cushions, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. They also have power points, a space for folding clothes, and offer laundry powder for sale. The place is well-maintained with modern decor, magazines, children’s books, sanitizer, and a kids' ride to keep young ones entertained. One standout feature is their extensive operating hours, from 6 AM to 11 PM, which is perfect for fitting laundry into a busy schedule. Plus, they offer a 15% early bird discount for laundry services from 6 AM to 9 AM. The automatic sensor doors are a thoughtful touch for those carrying heavy loads. The only suggestion I have is to add a handwashing station with soap, similar to what some other laundromats offer. Despite this minor gap, Soap Queens Laundry Lounge already excels in every other aspect and is a top choice for laundry services. I will definitely be returning.

Wow. This place is so clean! very beautiful layout. Relaxing, has tv, free wife, charger points, vending machine etc too keep you comfy while you wait for your laundry. The owner is lovely, and offered me a free 15min massage on the massage chair. So nice of her 🫶🏽 I’m going to keep coming here now just to do my laundry and it’s a excuse to get a break away from my kids 😂

The weekend staff that was on today was AMAZING! Such a nice person to meet. Place is clean, well thought out - husband even enjoyed the massage chair!!! Fast - love the text message service and the price was fantastic. This will be my go to from now on

The best laundromat. Spotlessy clean, heaps of signage, loads of machines in all sizes, laundry powders, comfy chairs and a vending machine. Machines all look brand new, beautiful aesthetic and so easy to use.

The BEST laundromat I’ve ever gone to. Smells amazing and everything is very clean and to top it off they cater to kids when needing to get things done. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Service just amazing my kids loved it here too!

Third time using Soup Queen Laundry and it just keeps getting better. Spotlessly clean, well run, and clearly maintained with pride. Special shout-out to Karen, the owner — her service and attention to detail honestly deserve an extra star. You can see the passion she has for her customers and the business. It truly feels like a friendly neighborhood place and not a laundry mat! Excellent customer service! Karen was so helpful. She was friendly and patient with me when I was trying to work the machines. It made my first laundry experience so easy. 5 star rating for the neatness and cleanliness of the place too.

I have to say this is an amazing laundry lounge! And it is a lounge complete with a massage chair!! Washing has never been so good! It is clean and tidy. Great variety of different size machines and dryers including designated pet machines/dryer. Karen the owner is friendly, kind and very helpful. There is also a transfer service available. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I am so glad that I live near Soap queen 👑 Laundromat. First of all it's neat and clean way beyond my expectations. The layout of laundromat is very appropriate. All instructions are clearly visible and easy to follow. I also met one of the owner Keren who is so passionate about her work. She told me that she designed this one. One way of giving back to community the best services that she can through this place.She is always helpful looking after everyone other. Thank for providing these services. I love coming back again and again.

This is the best Laundromat I’ve been to. Very clean, and has a relaxed feeling to it, awesome features, I really enjoyed the massage chair, free wifi and vending machine, lol, the setup is awesome.
